Meet our Clinicians

  • Flexible and accessible therapy options for NJ Medicaid patients seeking mental health care

Jennifer Diaz, LPC, Ed.S (Therapeutic Program Supervisor)

As an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to helping young and older adults focus on increasing confidence and self-esteem, managing relationships and healthy boundaries, and recognizing patterns and stuck points derived from trauma or past experiences.

Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience, and it’s my job to help you find what works best for you. I’ll bring in tools and insights that are backed by research, but ultimately, this is about you—your growth, your voice, and your goals. I provide a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth atmosphere to all my clients. I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and am always open to suggestions/feedback. I will always be transparent about the therapeutic process with you, and utilize your insights to guide our treatment processes. My goal is to empower you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and to provide you with the tools and strategies to navigate life’s challenges, free of judgment.

I really look forward to working with you. I’m here to listen, support, and work with you to figure things out, one step at a time.

  • Elizabeth Allocca, LPC

Taking the first step to reach out for help is a huge accomplishment. The next step is to explore your needs and wants in a therapist. I believe one of the most important concepts of therapy is to have a genuine connection with my clients. This is needed inorder to assist you on your journey and to help guide and empower you on the path of where you want to be.

As a licensed clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience, I specialize in treating clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, self esteem issues, parenting struggles and relationship distress. My experiences of working in various mental health settings has allowed me to develop a collaborative approach in working with clients.
